This guide is intended to help you setup Webnames.ca hosted emails on your .tel domain name. The guide assumes that email services have been purchased, and that email addresses have been created in the email administration interface.
To setup your Windows Mail e-mail client to work with your e-mail account, follow the steps below:

Start Windows Mail and select "Accounts..." from the Tools menu.

Select the "Add a new e-mail account" option and click the "Next >" button.

Select the "Email Account" option and click the "Next" button.
|

Enter your name into the window which appears, then click "Next".
|
|
|

Type in your email address, replacing "john" in the screenshot, with your username, and "yourdomain.tel" with your domain name, then click "Next".

Select POP3 or IMAP from the Incoming email server type. Then enter in "mail.webnames.ca" for both the incoming and outgoing servers, just like in the screenshot below. Make sure to check the "Outgoing server requires authentication" check box, then click "Next".

Enter your username and password. Simply replace "john" in the screenshot below with your username, and "yourdomain.tel" with your domain name, then click "Next".

Click the "Finish" button to complete the setup process.
